Ingredients

- 1 Whole chicken, cut into 4 pieces.
- 1 cup Yogurt.
- 2 tbs Tomato paste.
- 1 tbs Powdered milk.
- 1 Lemon juice.
- 1 tbs Cumin.
- 1 tbs Coriander.
- 1 tbs Garam masala.
- 1 ts Chilli flakes.
- 1 ts Paprika.
- 1 ts Cumin.
- 4 Garlic cloves, minced.
- 1 ts Ginger, minced.
- Salt and pepper.
Instructions
- Dry toast the spices until fragrant.
- Mix these spices with all the ingredients until well combined (except for the chicken) and set aside.
- Make multiple cuts on each piece of chicken.
- Marinate the chicken in the mixture and refrigerate for at least 1 hour (ideally overnight).
For the Chicken:
- Turn on the broiler in the oven (top side) and place the chicken pieces into a wire rack (a baking tray if not available).
- Cook the chicken for 10 mins, flip, then cook for an additional 10 mins.
