Ingredients

- 1/2 kg Beef tenderloin, thin strips.
- 1 tbs Soy Sauce.
- 2 tbs Cornstarch.
- Black pepper.
- 2 tbs Sesame Oil.
- 1 Carrot, thin sticks.
- 1 Bell pepper, thin strips.
For the Sauce:
- 4 tbs Soy Sauce.
- 1 tbs Brown sugar.
- 1 tbs Rice vinegar.
- 1 tbs Siracha.
- 3 Garlic cloves, minced.
- 1 tbs Ginger, minced.
- 1 Red chilli, rings.
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, add the beef, soy sauce, black pepper and cornstarch. Massage by hand.
- Mix the sauce ingredients well in a small bowl.
To Cook the Beef:
- Heat the oil in a wok over high heat until smoking hot.
- Add the beef and stir nonstop for 2—3 mins.
- Remove from pan and add the vegetables and the water, and cook for 3 mins.
- Add the beef back, and pour in the sauce and cook for 2 mins until the sauce thickens.
